Q: Does price include setup and delivery?
A. Yes. Although additional fees may apply for areas farther out. Remember, prices do not include sales tax. 

 

Q: Do you deliver to other cities?
​A: Yes. Additional fees may apply, call for a quote.

 

Q: Do we have to keep units plugged in the entire time?
A: Yes. An air blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged, the air unit will deflate.

 

Q: When do you setup?
​A: That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally, we deliver between 7am-11am the day of the party.

 

Q: What forms of payment do you accept:
A: Cash, Card, Check

 

Q: Will my deposit be refunded if I cancel?
A: Deposits are not refundable, but you can reschedule and use the deposit as a credit for up to one year.

 

Q: What if the weather is bad on the day of my party?
A: You can reschedule your rental for another date and use the deposit as a credit for up to one year, as long as you contact us before the unit is delivered to you.
