Q: Does price include setup and delivery?
A. Yes. Although additional fees may apply for areas farther out. Remember, prices do not include sales tax. Or, if we provide a generator there will be an additional fee of $50 per day.

Q: Do you deliver to other cities?
A: Yes. Additional fees may apply, call for a quote.

Q: Do we have to keep units plugged in the entire time?
A: Yes. An air blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged, the air unit will deflate.

Q: When do you setup?
A: That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally, we delivery between 7am-11am the day of the party.

Q: Can I pick up the unit?
A: Sorry. For the safety of the participants and to insure a quality, functional unit, our staff is required to deliver and setup each unit.

Q: What should we do to get ready for a rental?
A: Make sure you know where you want the rental and that there is enough room. Also, make sure your outside plug is working or there is an inside plug we can run a cord to through a window or under a door. Mow your lawn 1 or more days before, not the same day of the party. It will help keep the unit clean for your kids enjoyment. Also, please make sure the area is free of sticks and rocks. Please turn off your sprinkler before we arrive. We reserve the right to cancel if the area does not meet these basic requirements. Please be sure these areas are addressed before we arrive.

Q: What type of surface can the bouncer be setup on?
​A: We can set up on most surfaces as long as it is level. Grass is best, however we will setup on aspalt with advance notice. Make sure there are no underground irrigation pipes or electrical lines near the setup area.

Q: How long is the setup?
​A: Setup and pickup is usually about 15-30 minutes.
