Splash & Play is an outdoor venue and parties are held rain or shine unless weather conditions become unsafe.
If you are concerned about the weather, you may request to reschedule your party no later than the day before your scheduled event. We will gladly transfer your party to the next available date.
Once your party begins, it cannot be rescheduled due to weather. If rain or storms develop during your party, we are unable to offer a reschedule, refund, or credit.
For the safety of all guests, activities will be stopped immediately if thunder, lightning. or other severe weather occurs. All deposits and payments are non-refundable.
